Many of customers find using a fork to lightly stab into the exposed cork and then pry the cork up and out.  This allows you to use the cork to continue to seal the bottle.

Our honey is raw and unfiltered, which means it retains all of its natural enzymes and nutrients. It also has a unique flavor profile depending on the types of flowers our bees pollinate.

Raw honey is not heated or filtered, which means it retains all of its natural enzymes and nutrients. Processed honey is heated and filtered, which can remove some of the beneficial properties.

We keep honeybees (Apis mellifera) which are the most common type of bee used for honey production.
